I offer a range of cultural consultancy and live event producing services, from one-off projects to longer term relationships.
As a consultant I enjoy working with organisations to assess their strategies, look ahead and work towards a more resilient future.
Using my experience, including 15+ years as a senior leader in the sector, I work as an advocate and critical friend.
Together we can draw out what is special about your organisation, artistic practice and team and use that to inform your future plans. I can then work with you to put these into practice, developing objectives and action plans and supporting your fundraising, to help you achieve results.
I am particularly interested in the relationships cultural organisations have with their local communities – from decision makers and funders to their audiences and even those who have never engaged.
The most successful organisations are embedded in their communities. I can help you understand that role and develop cultural activity, advocacy and communications plans to build those important relationships.
As a theatre producer, I can help you deliver your next project successfully. I have extensive experience in fundraising, tour booking, marketing and financial management. I have a particular interest in contemporary and family theatre.
